What Our Clients Are Saying...
"I started the Mindful Change program six
months ago, and in that time I have made more meaningful changes in my life than I have in the past two decades. Some things, like integrating exercise and meditation into my daily routine, I had been thinking about literally for years, but it was only once I started the training program that I was able to recognize and address the issues behind the issues that seemed to be stopping me from changing my patterns. It's been completely transformational."
- Cathy Carper, Lifelong Learner
"I sought out this program as a healthy alternative to coping with a stressful career. I am a person with sleep problems related to job stress but otherwise in good physical shape. Armed with my first prescription of Ambien and high blood pressure, I thought there had to be a better way. Through this program I was able to create a daily mindfulness practice that enabled me to lead a healthier life. I have been very pleased with the results and feel empowered.
I highly recommend this program to others."
